Insanities Omen-this allows the user to bind the opponent to a cross and then stab 100s of cero stabs (Artulo Plateou does the cero stabs thats where i got it from) into the body crictly injuring only if the tecnique is complete is somewhat easy to dodge then it takes (1-13) posts to recharge
yes gravity takes part in stoping the speed movement of the opponent
and bining the oponnent from moving
I know this isn't part the template but arrancar have an comand just like the zanpaktou activation comand all in which mine is "Soar"
